Harlan Risdal founded Shadow Development LLC as an engineering-first organization focused on building scalable software platforms, infrastructure systems, automation tooling, and long-term digital ecosystems.
With hands-on experience across backend development, infrastructure architecture, automation, security-focused engineering, and platform design, Shadow Development was created to serve as the technical foundation for both current and future initiatives under a unified organization.
Alongside continuing active technical leadership and long-term product development, Harlan is also pursuing aviation while continuing technical education focused on cybersecurity and network administration.
