Customer-supplied parts remain subject to compatibility review and may not be accepted when their source, condition, safety, or suitability cannot be reasonably verified.

Hardware and software work can involve risk of component failure or data loss. Customers should maintain current backups before service whenever possible. Unless separately agreed in writing, Shadow Development does not guarantee recovery of data or compatibility of legacy hardware, software, accounts, or peripherals.

8. On-Site & Appointment-Based Service

Physical services are mobile or appointment-based. Service availability, travel, pickup, drop-off, and delivery arrangements are confirmed individually. Shadow Development does not currently operate a public walk-in storefront.

9. Future Products & Services

Shadow Development may expand into additional software platforms, hosted services, SaaS products, APIs, authentication systems, infrastructure tools, customer portals, or related offerings.
