Technology should be selected and built around the person using it. We start with the actual problem, explain the tradeoffs, and scope the work before asking a customer to commit.
At launch, Shadow operates as a mobile and appointment-based service. We come to the customer when appropriate, and arrange PC pickup, delivery, or setup individually. There is no public walk-in storefront.
The long-term goal is to connect excellent physical service with excellent software: permanent build records, clear service history, and systems that make future support better instead of starting from zero every time.
